O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner seeking to set-aside the impugned order, dated 27.11.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3597 of 2019, on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam and further to direct the respondent to return the petitioner's vehicle bearing No.TN49AB-4879, Tata Ace, seized in Crime No.3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent / Police.

2. At the outset, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the owner of the vehicle in question has not filed this Case seeking return of the vehicle. Hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this case and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today that effect.

3. In view of the above, leaving it open to the owner of the vehicle in question to challenge the order of the Court below, this petition stands dismissed.
