This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to extend the time to execute the security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of Assistant Registrar, (O.S-II) High Court Madras, as directed by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2024 passed in above suit.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed, by extending the time till 20.02.2025.
