The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider and sanction 30 days earned leave benefits as applicable to the writ petitioner under the rules.

2. In this regard the petitioners submitted a representation to the second respondent on 20.04.2010 and 08.01.2011. However, the said representations are not considered and kept pending. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.
3. In view of the facts and circumstances raised on behalf of the writ petitioner, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 20.04.2010 and on 08.01.2011 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of representations and all relevant documents if any, along with the present writ petition.
