(CRIME NO.182 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition "(b) the petitioner shall report before the respodent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16062 of 2020 by order dated 12/10/2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KALAIARASAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.16062 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioners, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall report before respondent police station daily 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.16062 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, on the petitioners, have been complied with regularly.
4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.O.P.No.16062 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 22/01/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
