The petitioners are seeking direction that the respondents should not dispossess the petitioners from their land in S.No.84/5 to an extent of 43 cents situated at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, without following the due process of law. It is admitted that the said land is Government Poramboke land.

2.The learned Government Pleader (i/c.), who appears for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that the petitioners' land is a Government poramboke land and that they will not dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law. 3.In view of the statement made by the learned Government Pleader (i/c.), no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.1261 and 1263 of 2019 also stand dismissed.
