2. On perusing the application for amendment and extension of time, perused the bail order dated 26.06.2020 sought to be amended in respect of Judicial Magistrate before whom the petitioners should furnish sureties for his satisfaction and also to extend the time to produce sureties for his satisfaction.

3. Taking note of the fact that the anticipatory bail was granted during the peak of Covid Pandemic and due to bifurcation of territorial jurisdiction, the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, is exercising jurisdiction over the respondent police at Cheyyur, seeks necessary amendment and consequently extension of time to furnish sureties.

4. Considering merits in this application, the amendment sought for is allowed. Time to furnish sureties is extended subject to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur.
