Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that (c) the petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed in the above Crl.O.P.No.15700 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.BALAMANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15700 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P No.15700 of 2020 dated 06.10.2020 has not been complied with.
