ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of police enquiry in a Landlord-Tenant Disputes.

2. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Soma Raman, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.08 of 2022 and the enquiry has been closed on 08.01.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the first respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
