The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned." 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that originally the case was registered under Section 174 (1) Cr.P.C., later it was altered into one under Sections 376, 302, 201 and 379 IPC and though it has been stated in the petition, by mistake the offences have not been correctly reflected in the order and thereby, he would seeks for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submission, paragraph No.1 of the order in Crl.O.P.No.469 of 2021 dated 18.01.2021 to be read as follows: The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.10.2020 for the offence punishable under Section 174(1) Cr.P.C. altered into one under Sections 376, 302, 201, 379 IPC, in Crime No.14 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
4. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the above said order and issue a fresh order copy. 22.01.2021 ssi Note : Issue Order Copy Today.
