This petition is filed to condone the delay of 92 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Mr. S. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition. This court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, print the name of the counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause list and list the same in the ususal course along with C.M.A. No.3692 of 2025.

4. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the default period in filing this appeal, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
