This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.51 of 2021 dated 31.01.2021 investigation pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.51 of 2021 and a case has been registered on 31.01.2021 for offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. Subsequently alter to Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B), 29(i) and 25 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, he can prove his innocence only by way of trial, for which the final report is to be filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that final report is filed in C.C.No.329 of 2021 on 15.12.2021, now charges have been altered.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
