O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to register an FIR on th complaint of the petitioner dated 22.12.2021 in C.S.R.No.776 of 2021 and take necessary action as mandated under law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner being the tenant had lodged a complaint on 22.12.2021 against his land lord, no action has been taken. Hence filed this present petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the tenant and he had lodged a complaint against the land lord and C.S.R.No.776 of 2021 assigned on 22.12.2021, enquiry conducted on 29.12.2021 and found that the case is civil in nature and the case has been closed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of the closure of the complaint and no closure report has been served to the petitioner. 5.In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
