This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to measure the petitioner's husband land viz., Survey No.176/ 4B to an extent of 1 acre of land within the registration district of Krishnagiri and sub registration district of Kaveripattinam, by considering the petitioner's online application dated 08.08.2022, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The case of the petitioner is that her husband, who is the owner of the subject property, died on 29.08.2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given an application on 08.08.2022 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner
dated 08.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the property, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
