2. By an order dated 16.04.2024, this Court had appointed Mr.T.V.Sai Srujan , learned counsel for the appellant. On 28.06.2024, the learned Legal Aid Counsel represented that since he has received instruction from the appellant that the appellant is interested in engaging a private counsel, his nomination by the High Court Legal Services Authority was withdrawn. Today there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

3. Accordingly, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
