O R D E R
The petitioner is aggrieved by the legal heirship certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District, dated 24.07.2014 wherein he had stated that one Kaliyaperumal son of Kullavandu expired on 08.08.2014 and
that he had only one wife by name Kasiammal and that he had only two daughters namely Aalathal and Muruvayee.
2. The petitioner claims that the said certificate is not correct because she questions the locus of Aalathal, as legal heir of Kaliyaperumal.
3. In this connection, he had given a representation to the respondents namely the District Collector, Revenue Divisional Officer, and also to the Tahsildar on 15.11.2019.
4. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.
5. It is stated that the District Collector had forwarded the representation to the 2nd respondent namely the Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District.
6. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner also to the respondents and to other persons interested and thereafter make an enquiry and pass final orders with respect to the said legal heirship certificate issued by the Tahsildar on or before 30.04.2020.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
