Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable court in Crl.OP.No.12572 of 2020 order dated 28.09.2020 directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRASADH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL P. Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12572 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2020, dated 28.09.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
