This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent herein to settle the pending 40% revised salary of the petitioner herein with 6% interest from 01.09.2013 to the date of settlement to the petitioner herein, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 24.08.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.08.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
