O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2017 and appoint the petitioner as Teacher in the light of G.O.Ms.No.188, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel-P) Department dated 28.12.1976.

2. The petitioner has passed Diploma in Teacher Education in 2013 and also B.Ed., in May, 2017. The Teacher Recruitment Board, vide notification dated 11.07.2017, notifying certificate verification for the Teachers Eligibility Test for B.Ed., conducted in 2017 and accordingly, on 25.07.2017, the petitioner appeared before Sri Venkateswara Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Victory Avenue, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai, but till date, the respondents have not passed any orders and therefore, the petitioner has come forward with this writ petition.

3. Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representation.

4. Placing on record, the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
