ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case and file the final report in the Crime No.5 of 2024 which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
