ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an order dated 20.07.2023, had withdrawn the case in S.C No.321 of 2022 from the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore and transferred to the file of Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet and also directed the Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet to dispose the case within a period of six months thereafter.

2.Now the learned learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet has requested this Court to grant further period of time to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.Considering the grievance expressed by the Court below, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible. The learned Principal District and Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpet is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
