Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender and execution of sureties granted in Crl.O.P.No.5868 of 2020, dated 20.03.2020 for a further period of two weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Ozanam Home of Love, Ozanam Anbu Illam, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District, Indian Overseas Bank, Nanguneri Branch, (A/c.No.13871000006401, IFSC No.IOBA0001387), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
