This case has been listed on several occasions since 13.07.2020. The learned counsel for the appellants also appeared through video conferencing and stated that he was unable to access the bundle due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, the case was adjourned on 12.08.2020. Despite lifting of lock down, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. After 13.07.2020, this case was listed on 12.08.2020, 24.08.2020, 22.09.2020 and 28.10.2020 respectively.
