(CRIME NO.1673 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.19832/2020 dated 17.12.2020 which requires him to report before the Nagercoil Kottar Police Station everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. The petitioner may be directed to report before the Respondent police. (i) To relax in reporting before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders as per the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19113 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020 and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.PADMANABHAN, Advocate for the petitioners, (CR.M.P.NO.1618/2021 IN CRL.O.P.NO.19832/2020) and of M/S.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioners, (IN CR.M.P.NO.2104/ 2021 IN CRL.O.P.NO.19113/2020) and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondents, [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference)

These applications are filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the Kottar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.19832 & 19113 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.19832 & 19113 of 2020 dated 17.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
