Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execution of bail bond in Crl.O.P.No.20262/2020 dated 18.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted for execution of bail bond in Crl.O.P.No.20262 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the bail bond as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
