(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.11.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Crime No.932 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.E.Kannadasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.
