This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 79 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2. Though notice has been served on the contesting respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the contesting respondents 2 to 9.

Mr.S.Thangavel, learned Counsel entered appearance for the first respondent and expressed his objection to condoning the delay.

4. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 79 days is condoned.
