COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.M.Subramaniam J.) The miscellaneous petitions have been filed to extend the time for two months to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court in C.M.P.Nos.22226 & 22230 of 2024 in C.M.P.Nos.12042 & 12084 of 2024 in C.M.P.Nos.2394 & 2447 of 2024 in AS.Nos.68 & 69 of 2024 respectively. In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the petitioners are directed to deposit the balance decree amount to a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.2402 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of O.S.No.2401 of 2013 on the file of the III Additional City Civil Court, Chennai within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to this Court. 3.
