JUDGMENT

(Judgment was delivered by M. DURAISWAMY, J.) When the Writ Appeal was listed for hearing on 07.03.2022, since there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, the Registry was directed to list the Writ Appeal under the caption for dismissal today i.e. 21.03.2022.

2. Though the Writ Appeal has been listed today under the caption "for dismissal", today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, this court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Appeal for non prosecution.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
