Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.639 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31630 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 22.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.31630 of 2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for another period of two months.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners did not comply the conditions for a period of two months.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
