This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order, dated 08.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.7397 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
