(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Mr.T.P.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to challenge the order passed in S.A.No.101 of 2019 on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal - 1, Chennai under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
