The present petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer portion of the order passed by this Court dated 11.12.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.18288/2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1232/2019 by correcting the Calendar Case Number as C.C.No.2508/2012 instead of C.C.No.3235/2015 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the same, the Amendment Petition is ordered as prayed for.
