O R D E R

C.R.P. (PD) No.1148 of 2017 has been filed by the fifth defendant in O.S.No.81 of 2013 on the file of Subordinate Court, Sankagiri, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame. C.R.P. (PD) No.1149 of 2017 has been filed by the second plaintiff in O.S.No.201 of 2013 on the file of Subordinate Court, Sankagiri, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time frame.

2.Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that both the suits are tried jointly by the trial Court and that the suits are posted for trial. Further, the learned counsel submitted that due to the long pendency of the matters, the petitioner is put to great hardship.

3.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Sankagiri, to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.81 of

2013 and O.S.No.201 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, within four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this observation, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
