The contempt petition has been filed against the respondent to punish him for his wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.No.17425 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17425 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022, has been complied with and he also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent in e/f/vz;/3648-2022-,1. ehs; 30/01/2023.

3. The submission of the learned Government Advocate has been duly affirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, this Contempt petition is closed and the contemnor is discharged from the contempt proceedings. However, liberty given to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
