ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.41789 of 2016, by order dated 29.11.2016, directed

the respondents to pay the retiral benefits due to the petitioners along with interest at the rate of 6% p.a., within a period of eight weeks.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and as directed by this Court, the respondents have paid the retiral benefits to the petitioners.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
