JUDGMENT
This second appeal is directed as against the judgment and decree dated 28.01.1999 made in A.S.No.8 of 1998 on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode, confirming the judgment and decree dated 17.11.1997 in O.S.No.957 of 1995, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Erode.
