Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondents in connection with the order passed by them dated 23.05.2015 in Na.Ka.No.777/2013 [Minerals] and order dated 17.08.2015 in Na.Ka.No.A6/8728/2013 respectively and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the site to original portion.

O R D E R

The order impugned dated 23.05.2015 granting permission for mining is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, 6 & 7 made a submission that the lease was granted for mining operation for the period from 23.05.2015 ti 22.05.2020. Thus, the period of lease expired and therefore, the cause did not exist.

3.Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority if any grievances exist. However, the grounds raised in the present writ petition lost its relevance and thus, no further adjudication is required as the period of lease expired.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
