Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 not to favour the third respondent-Forum in any manner and in particular not permit it to sign on any settlement at the level of any District Central Cooperative Bank where it has no or negligible membership. O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5 not to favour the third respondent-Forum in any manner and in particular not permit it to sign on any settlement at the level of any District Central Cooperative Bank where it has no or negligible membership.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent-Central Cooperative Bank furnished the copy of the Certificate of Registration of Trade Union issued in favour of the third respondent-Forum and accordingly the said Certificate was accepted by the second respondentCentral Cooperative Bank for the purpose of negotiation and the contributions are also deducted from the workmen.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3/6

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
