S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8299 of 2020 dated 09.06.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered with cost and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,000/- [Rupees Five thousand only] to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks' Welfare Association, Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch, A/c.No.484077244, IFSC.No. IDIB000M157.
