ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29957 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai daily at 10.30 a.m for the period of three months and he shall also appear before the trial court hearings regularly without fail and if any deviation in complying condition, bail granted to the petitioner shall stand cancelled automatically.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Additional District Judge III, Virudhachalam.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Para No.7(b) in the order dated 28.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.29957 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional District Judge III, Virudhachalam, on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
