Therefore, the matter was directed to be list on 30.03.2023, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (30.03.2023) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the appellant.

2. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for "non prosecution".
