This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take further action based on the complaint dated 21.09.2019 in receipt No.C.No.P2/36984/19.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was closed on 14.10.2019.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send the intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint, by registered post within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
