It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader that the order of this Court has been complied with and the petitioner's representation has been considered. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the respondent, pursuant to their representation, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
