Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein, viz. The Inspector of Police, J-9, Thuraipakkam Police Station, Chennai not to harass her, her husband and son unnecessarily on the basis of the false and frivolous complaint given by the Shalini.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner, her husband and her son unnecessarily on the basis of the false and frivolous complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on a complaint given by one Shalini, enquiry is pending and therefore, a blanket order of not to harass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the Police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
