] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1334 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 26.03.2018 in S.C.No.288 of 2016 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
