This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore for speedy disposal of C.C.No.1 of 2019 and as early as possible within the time frame.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there are 104 witnesses. The Special Court is taking up the case filed in the year 2017 and 2018.

3. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that no specific time frame can be fixed for the trial of this case. The learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.
