This case is being listed after National Lockdown was imposed on 23.03.2020. The case came up for hearing on 07.07.2020, 04.08.2020, 12.08.2020, 09.10.2020 and 28.10.2020. However, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant on all these dates. Even today, i.e. 09.11.2020, there is no representation for the appellant.
2. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this civil miscellaneous appeal is dismissed for the present with a liberty to restore the same. No cost.
