CMP Nos.2387 of 2007 and 426 of 2015 in S.A. No.2183 of 2002 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

CMP Nos.2387 of 2007 and 426 of 2015 have been filed by the petitioners i) to bring on record the 2nd respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 1st respondent and ii) to bring on record the appellants 2 to 6 as the legal representative of the deceased appellant.

2. Heard Ms.R. Meenal, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.The respondents have no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these petitions are allowed as prayed for.

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and list the main Second Appeal on 15.06.2021.
