Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.OP.No.21661 of 2021 in Cr.No.1139 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. GAUTHAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21661 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed vide order dated 17.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.21661 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.00 am, until further orders.
