ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority, challenging the order passed by the Tahsildar. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the Tahsildar before the appropriate authority. The petitioner shall file an appeal within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
